Session and persistent cookies. Some cookies expire when you close your browser, and others remain until they expire or you delete them.
Browser and device controls. You can block, delete, or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Cookie settings are browser- and device-specific, so if you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to manage your choices separately. Blocking cookies may affect checkout, cart, account login, preference, or other Site functionality.
Advertising and analytics choices. Depending on the tools enabled on the Services, you may also be able to opt out through industry or vendor controls, such as the Network Advertising Initiative, Digital Advertising Alliance, Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, Google advertising settings, Meta ad preferences, or similar tools. These industry or vendor tools may not opt you out of all disclosures that are considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state privacy laws. Where required, use our Do Not Sell or Share link, cookie preference center, or recognized universal opt-out mechanism.
We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Audiences, or similar tools, to the extent enabled on the Services. These tools may collect or receive identifiers, internet or network activity, commercial information, approximate location, and inferences to help us understand Site use, measure campaigns, deliver ads, retarget users, and create or measure audiences.
If we disclose personal information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, audience matching, retargeting, or similar purposes, that disclosure may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You may opt out as described in Sections 9 and 13.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a disclosed purpose, you provide it to us, or a vendor processes it on our behalf for a permitted purpose. Sensitive personal information may include precise geolocation, government identifiers, account login credentials, and payment credentials. We may collect account login credentials if you create an account. Payment information is generally processed by our payment processors. If we request bank account information for refund processing, we use it only for that disclosed refund purpose.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures to advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics providers, and similar partners may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. These disclosures may involve identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences.
You may opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, cookie preference center, or other opt-out method we provide on the Site. Where required by law, we will also honor recognized browser-based universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. To apply your choice across browsers and devices, you should submit the request on each browser and device or use an account-based preference where available.
Do Not Track. Some browsers may send "Do Not Track" signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals unless required by law. This does not limit our obligation to honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
